・When using this product on kitchen knives
I often use Sabitoru to clean old knives before sharpening. Personally, I recommend using it in the order of Coarse, Medium, and Fine. In particular, for carbon steel knives or knives with soft iron cladding, I recommend using it up to the Fine grade.
